Castaic denied entry, clean tag from lake san antonio

Tried to get on Castaic lake today and was denied. My boat was last used on lake San Antonio and has a band on the eyelet. I thought this was ridiculous since LSA does not have quagga yet but...

I think an anchor point at the launch point and ratchet tie down to the tongue would secure the trailer for launching and loading. It wouldn't be much more work to add more for water...

Fixing a crack in my trailer

I had a crack developing where I usually step to get in my boat. Thought I'd fix it before it got worse. I'll post the repair in case someone else has a similar problem.
