I think you should Plasti Dip the tower a matching blue. And if you don't like it it will just peel off.

You can use the Pecos ramp and drive the boat upriver a bit but you cant go to the Rio. The Rio is GTG from the main lake up to right past Panther Cave, after that you need a bass or flat bottom...
