Get manifolds pressure tested because if they leak you will get water in your cylinders o2 sensors could be caused by cat bricks being steamed which may mean new manifolds

Hate to add to your woes but has Jim checked that the exhaust manifolds are ok because the circ pump failure can cause the water in the manifolds to turn to steam as they overheat and can blow out...

Pull the dipstick out of trans and see of the oil looks like metal flake paint should be red oil also give it a sniff to check if it's burnt . While your at it have you ever cleared the trans cooler...

Interesting re the 8.1 we run 5 of them over here in Jetboat and the only issue we have had is with the exhaust manifolds which we have replaced with aftermarket ones we get 2000hrs out of them...

A lot of peeps forger about the drive ratio on i/o boats as they vary a lot more than Inboards so a 19 maybe a good fit for one brand but not so much for another this will also effect rpm/pitch ratio...

Take it to dealer as it sounds like it will be a warranty job, engines don't just dump there oil for no reason and if you keep using it or try to fix it your just going to void any warranty claim
