Weighting tips for 2015 G21

Just curious as to how people are weighting their G's. I saw the video the G23 was best with 75% ballast. I have been surfing with all the ballast full. Any tips for the pros?

Thank you. I will just stick with that. What do you all use for a cooler? The tiny cooler under the rear seat wont cut it and its sort of cumbersome to throw the Yeti in the middle to stubble over....
