Hey Guys,
couldn't find anywhere online how to curve boat bunks for my wakesetter so this is how I did it.

2x6 treated "treated, why? so it will bend without cracking"
router edges so carpet doesn't crack
ratchet strap down "note: I used a 4x4 under frame and larger ratchet to get the bend"
then pre drill holes for carriage bolts
no need to countersink as you hit with hammer and tighten they will countersink themselves
then finish up with a few lag bolts for extra
finally carpet with a nice grade rubber back bunk carpet and t50 staples, glue is not necessary

this has worked out amazing and I'm so happy I did it

Hope this helps anybody that's looking to curve some bunks.

Very nice I still need to do this on my boat this year.

I would recommend you use stainless T50 staples. Regular staples will rust and fail.
