I'm looking for a thin comfortable CGA vest. I have about decided on one of these. I like the side entry versions. Anyone have some input on either of these vests? My closest dealer is about 2 hours away, so I haven't been able to try either on.

+1 swat

I use the swat and love it, It's bulky where it doesn't madder and thin where it does! It's also very flexible!

I have a swat that isn't CGA. The side zipper is always falling down in a hard crash. I don't know if they have fixed that problem. Mine is a few years old.

I agree Bailey, I have the Swat vest and it looks great but it comes off every time I take a hard fall.

Some of the older non approved will come off, from what I've seen they fixed it. I have the Celtic Swat, and it's the thinnest, lightest I've had. I did go up one size, but mainly because I was right in-between sizes

yeah, I have the celtic too and the zipper is perfect never comes off! I also went from a medium to a large they run kinda small!

Close race. I shouldn't go wrong with either. Hopefully I will be able to try both on. Waiting for them to get the Swat in.
