Perfect pass problems

2007 super air 220.
Was surfing and perfect pass beeped a couple times. Now it is stuck on 6 mph and when I adjust speed it goes right back to 6. I tried to reset it but when it tells me to hit the up arrow for reset it won't do anything.
Any ideas?
Thanks

What's the voltage reading? Perfect pass does some funny stuff with low voltage.

Sounds a little like my problem this weekend. Mine just started losing and regaining readings from the gps. System reset worked for a minute but problem conitued. Does your up arrow normally work?

I would say low voltage too!!! I had the same problem this year with the display not working right. I put the batteries on a charger and the next day it work like normal. Perfect pass is very sensitive to voltage.

It definitely is not low voltage for me. I charged both of my batteries overnight. When I put them on the charger, the voltage was reading 12.8v. The problem existed before and after charging.

Judging by what PP says on their website, it may be a wiring issue. I will investigate and see.

As you are becoming aware, wiring issues will act like low voltage or power. PP doesn't need much power, but a bad connection will behave the same way. It is possible your head is faulty.
