You must always have good water with those trees blocking the wind.

The song is Jai Paul- BTSTU.
And yes, the water is ALWAYS good. Not only is it protected from wind but, the bounce back gets absorbed really well. Waves just dissipate through the trees. Also there is usually like no one out there.

Thats where my parents live, I could see there house in the video. It is nice out there. We are there almost ever weekend.
