Attaching new bindings to old board

I recently bought a 2002 Hyperlite Premier 140 on FB market, but the bindings are too small for me, so I bought a new pair of Obrien Clutch bindings. The new bindings have M6 screws and I believe the board takes 1/4" screws. I can't seem to find any 1/4" screws that match up well. The M6 screws that came with the binding have a little rim that fits into the bindings to keep them from twisting. Please help, rookie wakeboarder here.

I see this post was made last summer but I'll still comment just in case anyone else is reading.

The Older wakeboards not only used a different thread, but they also have a different spread on the mounting holes. Older model wakeboards used an 8 inch spread, and the current wakeboards use a 6 inch spread.

So there is a generation of wakeboards with 8 inch spread and imperial threads, a generation of board switch 6 inch spreads and imperial threads, and the current generation of boards with 6 inch spreads and Metric threads. It's not easy if you're a collector or trying to save money by buying discounted (Older) gear, but you can usually find what you need on Craigslist or other online selling websites.

Good luck!
