We're excited to announce that the CWA Southeastern Regional hosted by the University of Florida will be held on Saturday November 14th and Sunday November 15th in Gainesville , FL. The event will serve as qualifiers for the CBS Nationals in late spring or early summer. <BR> <BR>Format: <BR>The format will be the same as prior years. There will be multiple divisions, the number depending on number of people who enter (example men's novice, men's advanced, men's open, women's novice, wakeskate, etc.). The divisions will be weighted, and then schools will be scored based on the top 7 scores from your school. Top three schools qualify for nationals. <BR> <BR>Insurance: <BR>All participants need to have a valid USA Wakeboard or USA Waterski membership. Please take care of this prior to the day of the tournament. You must show proof of membership at the event. Therefore, print and bring a copy of your membership. Hey, everybody. <BR> <BR>The CWA Southeastern Regional Qualifying event that had been scheduled for November 14th and 15th in Gainesville, FL has been POSTPONED until late February or early March. This event is the ONLY southeastern regional qualifying event for the Collegiate Nationals put on by CBS Sports in late April or early May. This is the original collegiate wakeboarding tournament many of you have competed in over the last number of years. Unfortunately, a last minute scheduling conflict with the University of Florida has caused the site to no longer be available for these particular dates. Due to the upcoming holidays, exam schedules, weather, etc., we have decided to hold the event in late February or early March at the same intended site in Gainesville, FL. <BR> <BR>We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we’re excited about having an amazing event in the spring, and we will get more details out in the near future.
