I am not sure Boss Towers is still in business. They are not the same company as Boss Audio.

try www.diywake.com they have many replacement parts for the boss towers.

I am almost positive the guy over at DIY wake was a Boss Wakeboard Tower and Accessories designer who opened up DIY Wake after Boss went bye bye. I would imagine if you're looking for parts that would be the best place to start.
