looking to be a 3rd in Upstate new york. I'm currently living around syracuse but am willing to drive a decent distance. I have previously been a wakeboard instructor when i live in Texas and would be more than happy to help advance your skills if you lend me a pull behind your boat.

Can't help with a pull, unless you're willing to drive down to NJ.

But being up there, I would definitely check out the cable park in Canandaigua. I went up there this summer and its on par with the rest of the parks I've been to. They tend to run the cable slower in the morning and faster in the afternoon for beginners vs. experienced riders, so plan accordingly.
