Looks like it spent time in/ near salt based on the metal, esp the radio surround. But I could be wrong

It spent a lot of time in brackish water. And prolly also spent time in mission bay in so cal as well so there is ur answer about salt kevin

It's never been in salt water, but definitely a lot of brackish. However, it's pretty hard to tell. Don't judge based on that cheap plastic chrome stereo remote. Those things are easily jacked up with just a little hard water.

I didn't realize it was that plastic chrome. That stuff goes bad if you look at it funny. <BR> <BR>Disregard my original post and focus on CIE al's post.
