apartment up North
 

Less than a year ago my wife and I sold our house up North and fixed up an apartment that had been completely dilapidated, we had bought the house in Florida which is on a canal connected to a mile long lake which is pretty nice in 2013. The house we sold up North was about 3000 square ft, so we threw a lot of stuff away(kids did not want anything)Here are the before and after pictures of our new apartment up north.

Very nice upgrades! I'm sure you're much happier with the smaller space, especially when it comes time to lock the door and head to Florida!

Thanks guys, its been a lot of work, every little fix becomes a BiG project in this old house costing thousands of dollars. Good thing lowes had their 18 months same as cash for supplies. Most of my time (March through November)will be spent now in Florida as soon as the water warms up!
