Aww, don't cry Mr. High Road. We live in the best nation on earth and some of us want to keep it that way. Part of that process is not being afraid to note when and where we've made mistakes. You can go back to whining about Kap in the other thread now.

I enjoy this kind of stuff. I'm not Liberal, but I'm not a Nationalist either. Everyone and everything is up for criticism. Everyone has flaws and just because you are fundamentally flawed doesn't discount you from being a hero when the time comes.

I think it is scary how everyone must pick a side. You can't be pro-military and anti-war. Support the police and be concerned that cops are whipping pistols out too often. The worst is that you can't be a proud American and admit that we have some flaws and acknowledge our mistakes.

If it is a liberal hit-piece, I've wasted some time. But it might be cool. I could learn a few things about history I didn't know.
