Cable Park in Anaheim, CA?

Has anyone ever looked into inquiring about a cable park in Southern California (particularly the Orange County)? Anaheim Lake perhaps? It looks run down, dilapidated and can use a new look. Its already set up for a perfect venue. Have a look at the pics...https://ibb.co/Snkw1Gd

That’s real close to me. I think the problem with some of these CA reservoirs is human bodily with the water is a crime punishable by death. That particular reservoir seems to drain and fill on a near weakly basis.

Somebody (investors or cable park owners) need to get in touch with Dan, the owner of Adventure Lagoon in Anaheim to talk some some sense into him. He says he's done his research on the cable aspect of his new water park via conversations with the 2 wakeboard parks in NorCal. They've said, "if you're in it for profit, DO NOT build the cable park" because apparently there is no money to be made in that part of the attraction. They advised that they make the majority of their cash with the water park play features, i.e. inflatable obstacle course, paddle boards, etc. This place is off Miraloma right next to Anaheim Lake, which is now empty. Adventure Lagoon is filled with "drinking water" so nobody can get sick from it as opposed to water from the Santa Ana River. The place is huge and has an amazing set up. Dean Smith, Santee Lakes, Elsinore people, hit him up! We need a cable park in SoCal. He will make the investment back!
