Removeing Submerged trees at Lake Sonoma

I have great idea with the drought going on they should remove all the submerged trees at Lake Sonoma and the trees that would be poking out of the water if the lake was 100% full because if they did they could probably open up the lake so there wouldn't be only 2 areas you can board in.

You would be right. But it's California and it would take a 20 year environmental impact study. Besides, next year the lake won't be boatable anyway.

The fisherman would complain that you were removing natural habitat/ hiding spots for the fish.
