been trying them over the past couple summers, everytime I either catch the handle and stall as Im comming around catching my heel side edge and taking a fall that will give you a headache for hours. I know as your flipping you want to pull the handle back across your body to complete the bs3 but its not workin. Any tips

If you are getting the handle pass out have already got the hard part done, to make the full rotation you just have to look in the direction you are spinning this helps our body stay moving and it helps you find the landing.

If you throw the spin part hard enough off the wake you should be able to just hold the handle close to your body to keep you rotating. So try to really throw you back shoulder and look that direction
