Got a buddy that can possibly hook me up with a deal on Rockford Fosgate speakers. Been wanting to upgrade the speakers in my 2007 Epic which are Clarion. Looking for feedback, don’t know how good a deal yet. Was just told to look at their site and pick out some. I have 6 in boat and 8 out the transom, all 6.5” I believe. I’d like to make 4 of the transom HLCD as I think those are ones that carry sound the furthest? I’m a bit rusty on my stereos, lol.

For in-boats, i suggest the Punch over the Prime

Fosgate does not offer a 6.5" HLCD, just a dome tweeter coaxial.

the 282-h are amazing I would put those on the transom

Whatever model comes on the back of the 09's work great. They've been underwater every summer since new and they still work great!
