Thought this was odd... Looks like a nice stretch to ride on though.

looks like a skier being whipped, then the boat turning into the skier to pick them up at the end of the run. pretty cool image.

I believe that Iron Man was flying along side that boat full of bad guys before they pulled out a rocket launcher which caused him to need to dive below the water's surface using a sort of spin move while launching a tracking missile which had made a sharp right correction. It could also be the silver surfer.
