Starter for 2003 Sanger V210 Black Scorpion Mercruiser
 

Does anyone know the part # for the starter for a 2003 Sanger V210 with the 330hp Black Scorpion engine? Unfortunately, I won't be near the boat for a couple of weeks so I'm not able to see any #'s on the starter or serial numbers for the engine. I've found this part # ' 50-863007A 1 ' for about $200, but I've also found this starter on Amazon ' http://a.co/d/fllDLhQ ' that is about $70 and says it's good for 'Black Scorpion Ski (Gen+) 1999-on'. Anyone have any experience with these? Thanks!

$70 is silly cheap for a marinized starter. I'd call skidim.com and see if you can cross reference the p/n. Unfortunately, that's about as good as it gets for Merc parts, there's so many variants. however, I would agree, that looks like the right part
