Where is the GoPro Hero3 talk??
 

Havent seen much on here about them and wondering if anyone else had one yet.

I have the Black edition & lcd touch bacpac, besides the app not functioning yet (until an update) Im happy with it over my Hero2.

Just scored some new mounts so hope to get footage this weekend.

So no one has picked one up yet??

Have had my black edition just over a week. Only get to use it on the weekends but footage from last weekend turned out nice.

Update comes out after Dec 14th for black edition, no app use until then

Where did yall find had the best prices on the black edition?

Prices are the same everywhere $399...its actually where to fin one is your biggest issue right now. Gopro is shipping them out until Nov 28 or 30th

I know they are all $399, and that most places are back ordered, but Some places have tax and shipping. Ive been looking at motosport since the have free shipping and no tax, but the cant ship til dec 18.

Well...best buy had free shipping but paid sales tax. My local board/surf shops are still awaiting their orders.

Bestbuy also has a free 8gb micro sd card too, but sales tax is like $10 more than the shipping from go pro.

I had 3 preorders out and took the first one i could get (best Buy it was) Didnt matter about price, had to guarantee myself I had it before my trip in December.

LR3 - I just ordered the black edition through a buddy that is a dealer. I'm coming from a HD Hero so I was curious about the viewing angle advertised on the 3. Can you select how wide you want to viewing angle to be in any of the video modes now?

Just sold my Hero 2 and will be buying a Hero 3 Black edition in the next few days!!
