Aerial edit from Wake The World - Lake Anna, Virginia chapters first annual event.

A little late, but better than never! This was an awesome event with over 50 kids and 12 boat owners that donated their time and gear to helping make this such a success. The local businesses came together to provide a place to host the event and provide lunch for the kids and volunteers.

Asking all you guys on here on to go on FB and give them a like, and donate to help out for next year if you have it in your heart this holiday season!

I would have loved to participate in this event. We never could get it off the ground while I lived in Va. Now i'm in Texas i'll try to be a part of one here. Great program with awesome people!

Great event to participate in. I understand not being able to get it off the ground, it takes a lot of volunteers and coordination. Really, we'd just like more people to be aware of the good we are doing. This thread has been viewed nearly a couple hundred times and not a single person has liked the Wake the World Facebook page. It's a wake related non-profit. Geez WW fam, a little help spreading the word would be nice!
