Warm Up Exercises Before Wakeboarding?
Curious to hear what any of you do before a wakeboarding set. Seems like it takes 1 set to really wake up my body.
Are you doing any kind of short exercise/workout? If so, would appreciate details. Thank you |
I have a spin bike downstairs at my house. If I am able, I do about 5 mins or so just to get my heart rate up to about 120 right before I go out. That and I will do a little 5lb dumbbell mobility stuff just to actively stretch and get the body moving. Deadlift, Shoulder press, etc.
