Rusty 07-27-2014 1:24 PM

Looks like a 140K fish habitat

LeeG23 07-27-2014 1:54 PM

Wow! That is bad deal! My fear always taking plug out on my lift

xstarrider 07-27-2014 3:46 PM

Good thing the boat has foam to keep it afloat. Scarcasm off

phathom 07-27-2014 4:20 PM

Turn down for what!?

My guess is they just wanted a killer surf wake and decided to fill the whole boat with water.

Pad1Tai 07-27-2014 6:00 PM

That looks like a 014 Supra SSA350..........

Preston 07-27-2014 6:11 PM

Looks like a Nautique 210/230

cedarcreek216V 07-27-2014 6:41 PM

Definitely a Nautique, the Roswell Airborne tower speakers and Bimini are dead give away.

you_da_man 07-27-2014 10:06 PM

The surfboard stayed dry and secure though.

JamesHawk101 07-27-2014 10:43 PM

Its a G23

tn_rider 07-28-2014 7:35 AM

For sure a G

boardjnky4 07-28-2014 8:29 AM

Still 2 good tower speakers and a bimini. Sliver Linings...

Cabledog 07-28-2014 9:29 AM

Sad thing is it's still worth twice as much as my boat in that condition....

codyroberts18 07-28-2014 9:31 AM

A lot of it could probably be salvaged. Still sucks though, I wonder what has come of it?

Is that the G windshield?

williamburell 07-28-2014 10:20 AM

Put it in a bag of rice for a few days. It'll be fine.

chattwake 07-28-2014 10:42 AM

It's just the NSS 2.0 (Nautique Submarine System).

boardjnky4 07-28-2014 11:04 AM

snap on cover? ewww

rexlex01 07-28-2014 11:22 AM

Looks like the old classic leaning tower touching the water defect.
There will probably be a recall on that issue since it is happening on several boats.

haha that's funny right there

ewww especially on a G

quik876 07-28-2014 12:32 PM

Looks like someone's got a LOT of bailing to do to get that to running shape. kee-ripes man!

No. The G's got that corner vent window.

migs 07-28-2014 1:45 PM

^^ only if they ordered the optional design package.
That's a G

Rusty 07-28-2014 3:13 PM

Definitely a G. There is no question

hotrod508 07-28-2014 3:23 PM

That's about the only way I could buy a G23....salvage

sandm01 07-28-2014 4:04 PM

the guy put his wallet in the jockey box and the weight from all his ben frankins sunk it....

hotrod508 07-28-2014 4:07 PM

@ Preston note the windshield

bcrider 07-28-2014 4:28 PM

Figured they would try listing the boat instead of using NSS. The result.

Thanks. That is the first time I've seen the G without that corner vent. Didn't know it was an option. I guess all the ones I've seen in person opted for the design package.

hotrod508 07-28-2014 5:16 PM

No prob ...I think it's a new thing on the g21

really? you can easily tell its a Nautique by the tower, bimini, speakers and the color design by the rub rail haha

kronoss 07-28-2014 7:10 PM

could easily be fixed.

New starter
New alternator
Change oil, run for a few hours, and change it again.
Spray whole engine with the Boeshield T9 spray.
Stick the whole boat in a garage, with a big ass dehumidifier for a couple days, and its as good as new.

I don't recall ever referring to my parent's stuff as mine.

polarbill 07-30-2014 8:30 PM

I am no G23 expert but I think too much water made it inside the boat.

ralph 07-30-2014 9:19 PM

Crossfit is the new triathlon.

How do you tell someone does triathlon? Wait 2 mins they will tell you.

The foam is now soaked, no dehumidifier will get all that water out of the foam. Only way to do it right is split the cap, pull the floor, remove all foam. I believe the stringers on many new boats are foam core as well, so maybe throw a stringer job in as well.

hyperlite 07-31-2014 6:25 AM

Ive forgotten the plug before being in a hurry and came close to this....

Ansorge10 07-31-2014 9:22 AM

They needed more than the sub floor ballast

I'm no comedian, but that was funny!

Jokes and bickering aside, seriously nobody on here has any idea about what happened here??(besides the boat filling up with water, we've gathered that much)
