Looking for new underwater lights
I have had several underwater lights and now everyone is trending toward the drain plug lights. I have a super bright 6 led drain plug light (from ebay, seller boatlightsus.com) but was wondering if anyone has found anything even bigger? It would be nice is someone would come out with a drain plug light that was wider and could hold more LEDs. I have looked everywhere but still can't find anything much bigger that the boatlightsus.com light I have. What does everyone else know?

Man up and use a drill!

Easy...Easy...As for advertising, leave it alone. I am sure if I gave these guys (see, I didn't even mention their name) any free advertising, it was likely worth what was paid, zero.
As for drilling, yes, I am a man with a drill, even a saw. But, I would like to do it simple with something in the drain before cutting. Also, has anyone tried this one? It is $59. Seems too cheap but would like to know: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LED-BOAT-DRA...7d116a&vxp=mtr ...and, no this still is not advertising. In fact, I believe I have now listed two different companies, likely competitors. |
You get what you pay for.......

Drain plug lights just can't put enough light.
I went with AquaLED's...nothing out there has a better amount of light for the dollar. Haven't got to try it in the water yet (will this weekend...though pics will suck as our muddy local water doesn't show much of anything. http://imageshack.us/a/img834/6953/photomay21194306.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img713/2605/photomay22101917.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img5/84/photomay22101926.jpg |
