I don't think I've shared much content from last year on this site, so I suppose this is as good of a place as any. Here's a look back a 2014. My computer died after I made the JD/Scott. I just got it replaced so am working on it now.

Keep wondering why you guys don't move this to late July / Early August in hopes of hitting the weather hot spot... "Summer Ride" sounds more enticing.. Early June you're 50/50 on weather.. Might increase attendance if it's going to be 80 instead of 60..

Unsolicited 2 cents to Jay...

Cocktails will taste good regardless of temp for us.. We'll be there!

Working on a summer thing, Jeff. It will most likely in the metro, late August or early September. I asked a bunch of people on their preferences: 95% wanted it to remain in spring, being the kick-off to summer. Also, very difficult to get permits in peak season, and lodging rates go through the roof.

For those that want a cabin shoot Kristie, at Cragun's, an email at kstark@craguns.com

Is it just for pros? Or are there amature and old man divisions as well?

ironj32 04-22-2015 10:29 AM

There's competition opportunity for all skill levels. We don't currently have an "old mans" event - we've just been putting all males, 18 and older, into one big contest (women and little kids have their own). However, we are tossing around the idea of doing something like a "Less Than 3" type contest, which I think would be mostly geared towards amateurs.

That sounds more like my skill level, I am just a intermediate rider but would love to start doing some fun comps to push my self.
