Canadian Boat Purchase
 

Looking for a little help about buying out of Canada. I'm looking into purchasing a boat and the owner had titles in hand and I'm also a cash buyer. Was looking for some input and advise ad to what steps and documents need to be taken to get the boat into the US with hopefully no hang ups at the border. Anyone whom has done this or experience with it any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There are a few threads on this. I searched quick but couldn't find the recent one asking the same thing. Boat is easy. Title and transfer papers. Trailer is considered the vehicle which requires a bit more work. Again, transfer and title papers, and I believe you may need an inspection on the trailer.
