Pro Shop Manager - Action Water Sports Hudsonville, MI
 

Action Water Sports is looking to fill the position of pro shop manager at our Hudsonville location. AWS is one of the highest regarded dealerships in the country featuring one of the most extensive pro shops and was recently awarded “Marine Dealership of the Year” by the Watersports Industry Association. This position works hand and hand with our wake park team leader to train, merchandise, and stock Action Wake Park, Michigan’s only full size cable park located just down the street.

Responsbilities:
- Build a knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic seasonal pro shop team to delight AWS and AWP customers
- Create a positive working environment and set high expectations
- Grow sales by merchandising, organizing, and promoting new products
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and storage space
- Maintain a vision for future growth; develop a plan to create it
- Monitor and maintain Inventory and stock levels
- Collaborate with Action Wake Park to identify inventory stocking and training needs

Requirements:
- 2+ Years Retail Management Experience
- Experience in Merchandising
- Experience in sales analytics and data analysis
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; recommended but not required
