Deck-adence or Seadek
First of all I have a 97 super sport that is basically a SAN. I just pulled up all the carpet and i am going to coat he exposed fiberglass with a red urethane coating. I have seen a few boats with seadek done and it looks great but at around 1200$ price range. I have been in the new Tiges with the deckadence floors and it feels amazing. The deckadence is 400$ and obviously doesnt look as cool but it seems more functional.
How does seadek hold up to sun and stains? Any people with deckadence have any issues? Will the 800$ more expense add to resale value? I am going to do seadek on the rails and accessories but am on the fence about the floors. |
I personally love the deckadence. It feels great on your feet and you can pull it up to wash it out. My father in law was a local rep and unfortunately left before I could do the interior of my boat. If it was me I would go deckadence over seakdek for my floor.
That being said have a uniform pattern and material throughout would be nice as well. |
I have the seadeck kit in my 08 SANTE to accent my carpet. I've also spent lot of time in boats with decadence. I prefers the deckadence for ease of cleaning and the fact it's not permanent. The deckedance has worn well. The edges of my seadeck and crevacices hold dust and dirt like crazy.
My vote decadence |
I like decadence better and plan to put in my boat

I plan to use miners moss
There is a thread on the moomba forums about it. You can't tell the difference and way cheaper. |

I love the decadence in my A22. Feels great on the feet and I finally took it out and cleaned the floors for the first time in over 3 years because it stays so clean on top. I do like the looks of the seadek though!
