Let the rumors begin?!?

Froggy 07-01-2015 5:45 AM

How about a G with Ram Fill?

boardjnky4 07-01-2015 5:58 AM

I highly doubt it's related to any collaboration with centurion/supreme. Any additions with that product lineup would take at least a year of testing.

boardjnky4 07-01-2015 6:07 AM

My GUESS, new engine/driveline advancement and a slightly updated G-series

Froggy 07-01-2015 6:15 AM

The new G 2500

http://i303.photobucket.com/albums/n...psd9c6c2aa.jpg

boardjnky4 07-01-2015 6:18 AM

It's got arabic on the front because you'll have to be a rich middle eastern oil prince to afford one LOL

schmo 07-01-2015 6:38 AM

Someone I know speculated that maybe it is a more affordable G series, hence the little "g" highlighted in "game changer".

onlyinboards 07-01-2015 6:45 AM

please stop using "game changer" please stop using "game changer"

Could be that they're finally going to kill off the 210 and 230 and replace them with a different lineup of more affordable boats. I'm sure that 210 and 230 sales have not been good since the full G lineup has been out.

DatTexasBoy 07-01-2015 7:18 AM

New 210&230's still fill up our home lake like roaches

schmo 07-01-2015 8:15 AM

game changer, game changer, game changer.

Hey, it isn't my campaign. As old as it is getting, the G's have been wildly successful.... whether it be because of it or despite of it.

tn_rider 07-01-2015 10:31 AM

My bet. An updated hull on the g series as well as an interior change. Tower change? Possibly diesel?

King12 07-01-2015 1:43 PM

Diesel would get peoples attention. About damn time somebody did it.

Except that waterfront diesel is almost non existent on smaller inland lakes.

True, and a good reason. How many people only use marina fuel though? Not saying it should be the only option, just an option.

kenv 07-01-2015 9:04 PM

Slightly improved surf system......wrist band controlled wave settings for rider to control....New stereo vendor....new graphics.....updated engine options.....built in "gas money" cup......dice on the mirror.......

brett33 07-01-2015 9:07 PM

I think Chase is on the right track.. new/updated hull, interior change (new pattern, maybe new captains chair) and hopefully getting rid of the bungees on the board racks!

RideClaytorVT 07-02-2015 7:41 AM

What ever happened to their electric ski/wake boat project??

i think you'll find that there are a lot of people that live on lakes and own G's. Hard to say the percentage that only but fuel on the water, but I believe that for AT LEAST 30% of potential owners, this would be a no-go.

Maybe I'll be wrong...

I would certainly hope they're not touting "Game Changer" for a minor update.

I also question the fact that they would update the hull already. Hull molds are VERY expensive to create and that's why you see most boat companies running the same hull for 5-6 years before updating. The G came out in 2012. No way that they are going to do any significant hull change in 3 years. Way too costly.

The existing G-series will likely not get any hull changes.

onetogofast 07-02-2015 11:21 AM

The back rest of the seats and captains chair need to be the focus. I like majority of the boat but not the most comfortable interior in my eyes... And the game changer is that they are now selling at $99,999.00!!!

JJwake 07-02-2015 12:03 PM

Touch screen.

Taking bets on no hull changes?

This Is what makes it a #gamechanger #ohhyeah correct craft brand diesel marinas in every body of water larger than a puddle

boardjnky4 07-02-2015 12:43 PM

lol

onetogofast 07-02-2015 12:50 PM

I'm out! Mines a puddle...

tripsw 07-05-2015 8:03 AM

G19 that has G23 wake, seats 14 people, solar powered, for $30K. That would be a gamechanger.

King12 07-05-2015 8:37 AM

Yea i think that would constitute using #gamechanger lol

durty_curt 07-05-2015 9:24 PM

Well the most obvious change they wrote on the invitation! Check 10pm to midnight. "The JL Audio Experience" last time I checked Nautique dealt exclusively with Polk and Roswell. So who invited JL to the party...

tripsw 07-05-2015 9:46 PM

Now that's something that would NOT constitute using #gamechanger.

durty_curt 07-05-2015 10:01 PM

Hahahahaha, well it's at least one change we may know now from a flyer with a little too much info. Nautique is always seemed very well at keeping things secret and big surprise

I was about to post "G19" with a small motor... "all day for $90k"

That is Epics program, but because of JJ's 2014 Epic 23v being delivered all thrashed, and the hundreds of dollars that Epic is slowly leaking out to help him get his brand new boat running, that electric/diesel project is on hold :D

King12 07-06-2015 5:15 AM

Pretty sure nautique had an electric design as well.

canucked 07-06-2015 9:58 AM

I really hope its not an electric or diesel wake boat..that would be a letdown.

Competition in the Axis/NXT market would be my preference but I don't get that impression from the way the teaser is written.

The little g is significant...

tn_rider 07-13-2015 7:10 AM

Anymore info? The new ad says the. Best boat ever! I wonder if it's a redesigned G or a completely new boat?

simplej 07-13-2015 7:16 AM

Redesigned G boat for sure.

Bigger hull for bigger wake perhaps? G27 for snowboard type air? That remains to be seen

Nautique has no reason for a budget friendly boat, especially with the addition of Supreme and Centurion

So how is a redesign a game changer?

simplej 07-13-2015 7:38 AM

7.17.2015

Even bigger wake.

I'm not on their marketing team, I think it's dumb haha...

tn_rider 07-13-2015 7:40 AM

The latest caption I've seen in the last few minutes said "how can the best boat in the industry get even better?" #gamechanger. For sure a redesign

King12 07-13-2015 8:46 AM

If they get up a little closer to 30ft they could give it a kitchen and a couple sweet flat screens

King12 07-13-2015 8:47 AM

G29.876, no more need for a houseboat on Powell!

DatTexasBoy 07-17-2015 3:37 PM

Let's go already!!!! I have a feeling this is going to be a huge let down...............

tn_rider 07-17-2015 4:03 PM

Won't be until 8:15

jarrod 07-17-2015 5:01 PM

It's more surfing stuff. New boat. Geared toward surfing.

antoddio 07-17-2015 6:40 PM

This live cast is terrible

MattieK27 07-17-2015 6:47 PM

If you aren't getting the live feed, don't worry. Listening to non-technical people describe technical features is....well....lets call it not ideal....

Surf control, app for pebble watch, JL audio and new PCM engines. "Game Changer"....

As a Nautique fan, I'm a bit embarrassed.

tn_rider 07-17-2015 6:55 PM

http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/07...94e1f6da7c.jpg all new G23!!

Medium 07-17-2015 7:02 PM

Boat is sick, but it's a Game Improver not a Game Changer...

slidin_out 07-17-2015 7:11 PM

As a Nautique that was embarrassing and awkward, nothing really game changing about being the next in line to introduce a surf watch. Thing still cost as much a starter home in most parts of the country. Good thing is my 2003 SAN will continue to hold it's value since no budget line was introduced.

Rusty 07-17-2015 7:22 PM

Well that was... something

83Starsnstripes 07-17-2015 7:25 PM

Zzzzzzzzzz

07-17-2015 8:27 PM

AlbertaSurfer 07-17-2015 8:46 PM

Tough crowd...

New hull, new interior, new helm, new audio, new engines and the stupid surf crossover button.

Changing a couple of 3 year old boats that are already at the top of the heap is pretty innovative. They listened to the gripes and made it better.

Gamechanger? No, but that's just a stupid marketing term.

NoProblem 07-17-2015 8:52 PM

Boooooooooo...Super weak dude. I hope this means the real surf boat is under development.

jonyb 07-17-2015 9:20 PM

Sweet! Now I get to pull JL out of these boats instead of that junky-ass Polk Audio crap.

racer808 07-17-2015 9:33 PM

It's like our damn motocross bikes. Every year "Bold New Graphics!"

NoProblem 07-17-2015 10:15 PM

Ok, maybe not super weak but, not what I hoping for. Certainly not a game changer from first glance though. Maybe next year.

migs 07-17-2015 10:18 PM

No change to the wakeboard wake! That's awesome news.

DatTexasBoy 07-18-2015 5:02 AM

Should of just called it Gchanger and we wouldn't be having this conversation.

1. Anyone can change a hull
2. Malibu already has the Total command center (knob)
3. Tige and Malibu already have the surf swapmeet band, watch, controller
4. Stereo system is nothing special, just overpriced I'm sure
5. Interior looks a little better, but not changing anyones game. However I do like the colors that they introduced with the different shades of brown.

Khyber 07-18-2015 5:03 AM

Is it me or has MasterCraft been quiet for awhile? Always hearing something new about BU and now Nautique. Not as much about MC

Not to the shape of it, thankfully! The 550s now have a 2:1 tranny and bigger props. One of the team riders has been testing that tranny for quite some time now in his 2013, and it sounds like you can get another 1k of ballast in them...making the wake even more insanely big. Add another 500 pounds of dry weight and it should only be better. I'm guessing ACME will develop an even more aggressive prop than what they do for OEM, so I wouldn't be surprised if we're able to move 2k of extra ballast than what we can in my 2014 with a 550.

Can't wait!

bass10after 07-19-2015 9:57 PM

You couldn't have changed the game less if you tried. I wasn't expecting much and I'm actually surprised it was much less than I thought. " game changer" directly translates to: over hyped don't bother getting your hopes up, we couldn't think of anything new this year.

501s 07-20-2015 12:22 AM

Ironj32, I gotta ask, how much weight do you guys run, on like one of the insanely weighted days?

1) Anyone can.. but .. well. "All new but same running surface" is just the cheap way to sell it as a new design.

2) Malibu had a lot of different Dashes in the past years, until they found something that worked. And a touchscreen need some buttons for special funktions because of the feedback. And i think the knob on the Malibu and Nautique have different aproach. Malibus knob is for special functions, Nautiques knob is a alternative way to controll the System? Am i wrong here?

3) Your kidding with Malibu? Tigé yes - but Malibu, how many days before Nautique? 3 or 4 days?

Not sure what your saying. All my statements are true.

Yes The G is still my top choice of boats but they didn't change anyone's game.

tn_rider 07-20-2015 5:20 AM

IMO the placement for the knob is bad. I feel like I'd be bumping it changing things accidentally

DatTexasBoy 07-20-2015 9:04 AM

If they changed the game with this redesign, then the new Supra may just (Redefine how you look at a Wake Boat). Lol
