Bullet Speakers Steps Up Again

I just wanted to give some props to Jaime at Bullet Speakers. I had an issue with one of my tower speakers, the woofer had seized after some moisture had got in the can. I contacted Jaime hoping to be able to purchase just the woofer and replace that but Jaime said "just send me the whole thing and I'll replace it." Mind you I have had these speakers for about 3 years now. This is the second time Jaime has helped me out. I live in Washington so we get a good bit of rain which wound up causing a problem on 2 of my 4 cans. Jaime took care of that the same way, "send me the cans and I'll send you new ones."

Bullet not only makes a phenomenal product but stands behind it just as well.

Hate,
I couldn't agree more with Jamie's level of surface. From a dealer's perspective, there isn't a better business partner.
And, the new HollowPoint HLCD NEOs are superb.
Its not normal for water to get inside the pods regardless of weather so I would definitely resolve that installation/assembly issue permantently. If you haven't already discussed this with Jamie, I can tell you where and how this might be occuring.

From a dealer standpoint no one has come through for us more than Jaime. He has a great product and a great staff that get things done. Even when it is on one of my crazy deadlines. Thanks again for all the hard work and it is great to see you getting some recognition.

Another prop here for Jaime. That guy's solid.
