I want to ask you ladies what is a good all-around size/length board to have in the boat for girl riders. Trying to put together something that does not leave the girls out since all the other boards have bindings that do not allow girls to ride. The girls will be beginners so what will be easiest but still fun 128 or 134?

(Message edited by you_da_man on September 12, 2009)

I'd go with the 134 - that way the boat won't have to go as fast to keep them out of the water. Slower boat = softer crashes. Why do the bindings on the other boards not work for women?

I just wanted to get a board that was slightly smaller than 140-142 and that could use womens bindings in the 5-8 range instead of having the girls use bindings in the 8-11 range on the other boards

Ditto what Liz said. 134 is a great size for ladies to learn/ride on.

would it be easier for a first time girl to get up on a bigger board? say 138.
