For those of you who run or work for SMBs, what are you providing or getting as far as health care subsidies?

I provide full coverage for myself, my sole employee who has been with me for 15 years, and her teenage son. The ultimate carrier is Anthem but we had to apply through a MEWA sponsored or enabled thing through our local Chamber of Commerce chapter of the state Chamber of Commerce. The application forms were lengthy and supplied to us by a local insurance agent.

I’m currently covering 75% of premiums for staff and 50% for dependents. Based on kaiser hmo plan prices. PPO available if people choose as well. This is through calchoice via adp.
