self sealing gromett

I am drilling a hole in side of boat near top rail for speaker wire to enter boat from tower. I have seen screw on gromett type things that will seal around the cable as you tighten it down. Does anyone know where I can get these or know of a better solution to make that hole look clean?

Found it. West marine Thru-Deck seal.
One more thing though, what is best thing to wrap speaker wire in that is exposed?

It's more money, but this "cable clam" seal from West Marine looks substantial as well.

TechFlex Looming is a great look for the exposed wires.
