I have always loved the "Camo" boats weather it is digi-cam or the traditional style. I was thinking of a nice cheap way of getting a camo boat without having to do a full on wrap for $2000+. Could someone please photo shop the dark grey/light grey camo from this newer SAN onto the black stripe on my 2001.

My idea would be to buy some 3" pin striping in dark grey and light grey and randomly put them inside the black stripe of my 2001. If that looked good I would want to try and maybe throw a lime green camo stripe in with it because that is the color of the trim in the interior. This could be done for well under $200 and I would still have lots of 3" pin stripe left.

Ah, the camo boats. Gotta love em. Kevin, for a quick photoshop, that looks great! Kind of zebra, but still cool.

Thanks, but thats the oppisite of what I had in mind. Just change the black and white contrast in the stripe and I think that is it.

I have a buddy that used Camoclad on his ATV but these guys appear to have a lot more patterns to choose from. Looks like the 2' x 4' sheets vary in price from $42 to $70 each. The digital options look closer to what you want and I think the diamond plate camo (page 2) look pretty cool.

http://www.powersportswraps.com/Vinyl-Wraps/Camouflage/1.htm

Thanks, I love that darker one also. I might have to try something like that.

Vinylstriping.com is where I bought some black 1" and covered my purrple/teal pinstripe on my boat. After 2 seasons it still looks as agood as the day I put it on. It was the regular stuff too, not the premium striping. It looks like you could get 4- 3"x150' different clored rolls for about $100.

Here is what I want to do to the other boat. But the first thing that comes to mind when I see it is confetti. To do it on the cheap side all lines would have to be 3" or narrower.
