Best non wakeboard/surf boat for boarding/surfing?
 

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Here's the deal...
Looking for a boat that would be good for wakesurfing/wakeboarding BUT is also a more sea worthy boat, that can be used for snorkeling, diving etc. For example the 27' Scout. Are there any brands of center or dual console type boats that are also known for having a quality wake?

^^ Thanks bud, I remember that boat. Something like that would be a consideration, but looking for new.

Also, I know that outboards are a no go with wake surfing, so the Scout is more of an example of size, and not something we'd actually surf behind.

A 28'- 30' inboard fishing trawler out to make an awesome wake.

There's the new reverse drives.

Might look at the Chaparral 243 VRX, they say it's surf ready. I don't know never seen one.
