boats collide on Sac River at Clarksburg

We were out barefooting on the river when the guy in the Scarab came by us and really came closer to us than necessary he went closer to some other fishing boats than necessary too when we got home this was on the news I recognized the Scarab right away. The guy seemed to have a "my river" attitude in how he was driving. pretty sure he was running faster than 35 but we were footing at 44 so I really cant say anything about his speed other than when he passed us we were just floating and I'd guess he was north of 40mph.
