i used fiberglass. it is a messy, time consuming project, but it is a lot of fun and the results are wonderful.

You can always just buy a fiberglass enclosure from Audioformz - nice box and good service: <a href="http://www.audioformz.com/" target="_blank">http://www.audioformz.com/</a> <BR> <BR>I bought 2 for my boat and they are NICE.
