Is there going to be Water in NorCal Lakes?

Sup Guys,
I am debating booking a houseboat trip to Shasta and Bullards this year, but I am concerned the water level is going to be super low.

Is anyone familiar with these lakes when they are at these levels?
I know it is still super early, but with the drought I am worried.

Bullards is at 44% capacity

Shasta is at 936' (last year in July it was at 990' as a reference) ....so that does not actually seem all that low... Looking back over data seems like it should be fine?

Does anyone know these lakes well?
Thanks!

Houseboats

Forever Resorts has a low water guarantee this year with some sort of refund guaranteed if the lake is deemed to be unsafe. Unsure of details tough.
