What to expect at a competition?

Thinking of entering kids in Junior division, haven't ever seen a comp, not sure how it runs... Can anyone enlighten me?

Is there some sort of warm up, bc we don't have a G23...?
How many runs/ falls do your get?
How good are the U12 girls?

Thanking you in advance if you reply!

- A lot of comps will host a demo day the day before the comp so you can get a couple of runs in to practice.
- Usually get 3 falls total.
- You go down and back through a course.
- Takes about 2 minutes.
- Very chill relaxed environment.
- Have fun and enjoy yourself riding a brand new boat!

Good Luck!

I'm not sure what comp you are interested. The WWA tournaments are separated into 9 and under girls and 10-13 girls. In both divisions you get 2 falls. Pick up after the second fall. For the regional competitions there is a free ride day on the day before the tournament. Boats in both of these divisions have no added ballast added.

INT tournaments have different divisions based on skill levels and usually mix boys and girls at these ages. The INT also will follow the same 2 fall format.

Your girls will have a blast and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Hopefully you guys will make it to a comp soon!
