on a serious note maybe the engine wouldn't raise up so they had to load it like that to prevent it from scraping.-doubt it though.

It's weighted for goofy side in the morning.

I'm a little late to the party but I know what happened. The guy was pulled over for not having a trailer plate then the officer finally noticed that something was not right. After calling in some backup they realized the boat trailer was not properly designed to fully support the hull at this loading angle.
