I am interested in possibly purchasing a lot on a private wakeboarding lake in California, preferably Nor Cal. <BR>Is there any such thing?

Lake California is a private lake located in norcal. Its about 20 minutes from Redbluff and about 20 from Redding. Its also a private gated community. However the lake in certian areas don't look that nice it looks really muddy, but they are really nice homes. They sell for about 500,000 to 3 Million

I think the Folsom Lake area has houses for sale, but you'll have to give up an arm and a leg for lakeside property. You could get a good deal if you're willing to drive for 10mins. <BR>

Peter there are numerous lakes all around Northern and central CA the fresno area has at least five that i know of. I know of a lake near tracy that hasw lots for sale if you are interested email me and i can get you information. Also i know there are many lakes near the sacramento area. But i have no details on that

Bakersfield area has something like 20 private lakes- Paradise Lakes I believe has lots for sale. They're mostly set up for skiing though, so beware and make sure the lake association allows weighted boats ect wherever you buy. Another thing to check is the lake depths. Most ski lakes are only 4'-6' deep, which makes it difficult to get a decent wake. Newer lakes are being built a little deeper, so check that out. Association fees are also expensive, or can be at some lakes.......

Spring Valley Lake in Victorville (sorry So. Cal). 200 Acre lake. We have a great wakeboard club with 4 wakeboard tournaments a year. The Lake is 8 to 15 feet deep. Call Karen Brown, She has done me right numerous times. (760) 243-sold.
