I will go ahead and get it started since the season is just a couple of weeks away. I know you football junkies are still watching college football, but a little basketball talk cant hurt. Ian, what happen to your freshman? Not a good start to the season. UNC had their 6th man and best 3 pt. shooter blow an MCL and ACL over the summer. Should be a fun year with lots of good players in the mix.

Apparently the Big 12 standards are tough. Braeden Anderson was cleared academically to play at Fresno State, but not KU. Plus two other freshman were cleared for financial aid and classes but not to play. Stinks. We are very thin this year. T

Cincinnati Bearcats got alot of talent. Look out.

Nick, KU football is so embarrassing. I mean, i would bet that the K-State 2nd team would destroy our first team. Just horrible. If this truly were the meeting of the "my football team is no longer in contention" I would have started this before the football season even started.

Lifelong Tarheel fan. We are never in contention for football, except for maybe more NCAA violations. And of course in typical Tarheel fashion, I am seriously expecting another basketball Nat'l Championship with the squad we have this year.

Damn Ian, Self will get it straight. Hopefully you guys will have a good show this year. It is definitely more fun if KU is up there. We had a scrimmage the other night. Suppossedly the team came out looking pretty flat and not so hot. Big heads possibly? Our first game is 11/11 on the aircraft carrier. Ian, sending you a PM.

been out of town... that KU loss to Duke was a heartbreaker. Tyshawn Taylor with 11 TO's???? that dude is horrible. That was a bad loss by UNC, but I'm sure they will rebound. Should be a good UK/UNC match up!

Great great game. Got the L, but was happy none the less. I wish the tourney started tomorrow. You guys have UK soon I think.

We already got whooped by UK. We get tOSU on Saturday though. We are not very good honestly. I have not been impressed with KU at all. UK seems to be the real deal though.

MJfan, you are a Cincinnati guy aren't you? What is the deal with the straight up hoods in Cincy? Talk about a black eye for both programs. Those kids have no business being on a college campus. Zip em up? Really. We have a bunch of Gangsta's, wtf? The worst part is how easy Mack blew it off in the press conference. I thought the Cincy coach said all the right things in his rpess conference but then he doesn't back it up at all and only give Gates 6 games. Total jellyfish. It is too bad beause Xavier is a really good team. To be fair is sounds like the refs blew it as well for not doing anything about the kids talking an incredible amoutn of crap to each other and the benches. Everybody involved should be repremanded. Didn't Tu only get a game or 2. He should of gotten more as well. I guess you can take the kid out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the kid.
