I've not observed the g23 in the water yet but have seen the star and have to say I think the star seems kinda weird looking to me. Side profile its got that pontoon look in that it's seems a touch long and sits so low in the water.

I think MC did that on purpose. It was kind of a trademark for the 3rd gen Xstar. A lot of people liked how long and low it looked..... Especially loaded up, and especially in the front. I think they wanted to keep some of that look, while still increasing some of the freeboard. |
