the best one I have found for 15,000 after lot of negotiating was a 04 centurion avalanche. It was a great ride to test, I went with a different one, but usually you will find them with higher hours with that price. Also found a 01 Moomba which the guy had set up for surfing, it sold for 12k. It had a great long wave. The biggest thing is you might have to put money into fixing it up to surf.
