I am trying to get some comparison information. I am looking to buy a boat that can do both wakeboard and surf. Both boats are at same asking price. I will try to add links to both of these boats.

I don't know anything about the X30, but I do own an 03 220v which is basically the same boat. It's good all around boat. 1600lbs of hidden ballast and throws a decent wake. Surfs pretty good for an older boat too. I fill up both tanks and add another 6-700lbs up front in the walk way and put a suck gate on and the wave is pretty nice. You've also got a ton of storage. It's so massive, on one side of my sun pad I can fit at least 3 wakeboards and a tube in it. On the other side I will usually put the surfboard and all vests in it.
