I'm not super familiar with either boat but I saw an A20 on our lake all summer and when surfing it rides ridiculously bow high and the driver must stand up to see over the bow. That alone would be a deal killer for me. It is possible they don't know how to weight the boat properly so you may want to demo an A20. Look at the A20 on Youtube too when people are surfing behind it. I don't want to stand up and I don't want any one else to stand up to drive.

I had a 2014 Mondo and currently a 2017 Supra SR. Both boats like bow weight and this helps keep the bow lower when surfing over a Axis. Back in 14 before we ordered the mondo we compared the A20 and the mondo was less money and had a better fit and finish.

In my honest opinion when surfing or wakeboarding Axis boats you need some more bow weight they all run right around 500lbs in the Bow stock and when you add the Piggy backs to the rear it is just not enough bow weight. the extra bow weight will help for a longer wave as well. the Moomba's fit and finish i believe to be better but performance on Axis is better. Both awesome boats.

The A20 is an amazing surf boat at 20’. It does take some extra bow weight. We had an a20 in 2015. Loved that boat. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...dccf706220.jpg this was with an extra 400 in the bow mid you want a great surf wake it will take more than stock to get there. In hindsight I would do the 400 in lead and be done with it for the season.
