www.shredstixxusa.com is an unauthorized dealer, that is illegally using that name, logo, and likeness to sell boards under the Choas brand. That site will be closed soon IMHO. Contact the real Shred Stixx and they will tell you what is going on with this guy.

Shred Stixx has been around since 1999 with the same website and contact info...

I got this from a close friend who knows the whole story and the truth. Not really pouring gas on the fire, just stating facts for WW users.

Supreme, basically has it correct. Let's just say there are people who have been involved in the surf industry for decades and people who have not.

Best lawyers, yes, no, maybe. There is no money here, and one party has been engaged in a number of counts of illegal activity, which will open up a huge can of worms, to say the least.

The Shred Stixx brand was created by Jerry Price. Does Jerry own the brand? You can certainly make that argument.

Shred Stixx USA is a website for the custom and USA production of the Shred Stixx brand and Chaos Surf Company products.

shredstixx.con has not been around since 1999. Shred Stixx was not even incorporated in 1999, much less had a website. The shredstixx.con website was created in the late 2000s.

Not sure I see anything ending... What I and others see is a great shaper and individual in Nick trying to do the right thing by keeping and maintaining a level of integrity that should be expected in this industry.

Kudos to Nick! Stay away from the shredstixx.com site!
