Jabsco pump rebuliding?

Our Nautique 220 has these on it I believe there the puppy pumps.I already upgraded the impellers and although that helped it hast solved the issue completely. The port side throws the 20 amp breaker,im guessing theres a load/restriction on it.Does anyone know of a rebuild kit for these,im very confident in wrenching.

I had a few go out a while back..it was almost cheaper and easier to order whole new pumps online than have someone order parts and hope it fixed all the issues.

I have taken these things apart, sanded the hell out of all the rusty stuff on the inside, and had good success with them working well. It is just a simple electric motor. You'll have to develop a system to hold back the graphite brushes to reinsert the unit. I used electrical tape that I would pull out once it was seated.

Check your wiring and breaker first. Change the pump with another breaker and wire from another pump and see if the problem moves.
Also, which impellers do you use. I can only use the green ones.

I have all 3 running green impellers. One thing I've notice is the port and starboard pumps are run with motor side up.Ironically those are the slower pumps by far.It seems to me that would have far less water intrusion chance into the motors.Anyone notice a difference like that?

check the wires on the breaker. I had the same issue in my 07 236, replaced the pump and mine kept kicking the breaker and could hear the pump surging. Pulled the breaker panel out, and i checked all the connections on the ballast pump breakers and found most was loose. I would also add a contact grease you can buy from lowes that improves electrical connection and prohibits corrosion.
